- Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Airbee Media LLC strictly adheres to FAA Part 107 guidelines, airspace restrictions, and safety protocols. We reserve the sole right to decline, postpone, or terminate any flight operation if atmospheric conditions, airspace clearances, or ground hazards jeopardize safety.
- Weather & Scheduling: Aerial operations are subject to weather conditions. Postponements due to high winds, rain, poor visibility, or temporary airspace restrictions will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually agreeable operational window without penalty.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airbee Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your site access or reliance on website information. Project deliverables (such as orthomosaics or visual inspections) are provided for commercial informational, visual tracking, and asset management purposes as specified in individual contract agreements.
